After studying extensively with many of the original developers of Neuro Linguistics, along with achieving a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and a Masters in Business Administration, Robert soon found himself coaching and teaching others.

He developed a Blended Learning Performance Coaching Program for Livcon in Istanbul.

Robert has been the "mind coach" to a wide range of professional sports personalities and teams in Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Hockey and Football.

 

As a Leadership Mentor and Coach from the 90’s Robert has studied the dynamic development of personal psychology. In parallel with his personal development research he also studied therapeutic counseling and psychotherapy.

Qualifications during this period include Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Advanced Master Practitioner, Trainer and Master Trainer (Neuro Linguistics).

Therapeutic Counseling and Psychotherapy qualifications include Diploma in Humanistic Counseling, Advanced Diploma Transactional Analysis, Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counseling, Certified Hypnotherapist, Certificate in Counseling Supervision, Certificate in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Certificate in Cognitive Therapy, an Instructor of Hypnotherapy with the American Board. and a Doctorate in Neuro Linguistic Psychology.

 Robert was registered as a Psychotherapist with UK Council for Psychotherapy (980232).

 Current consultancies and training cover a balance of high profile organizational work, sports coaching and presenting his own yearlong leadership and coaching program.
