Project: Enable Youth Sudan Program
Working for the ENABLE youth program the program finance is 32 Million $ covering five state Khartoum, Kassel, Gadara, Gezer, Khartoum and River Nile servicing 2000 youth and securing jobs for 10,000 workers.
Responsibilities:
Design of evaluation forms for evaluation of training programs.
Design of excel data sheets for tabulating data collected.
Data entry, data analysis and data presentation.
Works with the team who designed the computerized monitoring and evaluation system and provided indispensable assistance in data entry and update of the youth data base and handled all the data entry related to staff and other stakeholder training. In Collaboration with IT specialist and the system designer.

Carried out the evaluation of production cycles of incubators (data entry, data presentation, interpretation and report writing) as below:

Assisting the youth in determining the procedures required to enter the financing process, such as how to prepare bankable business proposals and the name of the business and a commercial or investment license for the purpose of obtaining the necessary financing, Support implementation of the Risk Sharing and Financing Mechanism (RSFM) for establishment of youth-led agribusiness.
Participate in a meeting of all funded youth to discuss how to lend and pay debts owed to banks after the financing period according to the agricultural value chain by a finance specialist.
Participate in the informational meeting of the entrepreneurs in the field of poultry production, the first batch in the field of bank financing, to know the value-added tax, how to recover the capital, financial formulation and Risk sharing mechanism. It was clarified by the finance advisor that the grant money is a guarantee money for the financing
Participate in the assessment of validation workshop agri-business education and training curriculum, communication strategy, access to land for youth and writing reports.
